Caravan

Summer.
I'm leaving the noisy city behind me and I'm walking past a big tree. The branches are hanging right over my head.
There's a meadow in front of me.
A small stream is running across it. On the other side of the stream, the meadow is stretching for hundreds of meters.
I can see hills and mountains on the horizon.
But there is something that shines out of the scenery.
It's a caravan.
It is standing right above the stream. Its back axle is placed on the side of the stream on which I am standing.
Its front axle is placed on the other side.
I'm walking towards the caravan's backdoor.
I can still hear the noise of the city lying behind me.
As I reach the door, I grab the doorhandle and enter.
There's a cupboard on the left side and a table on the right one. Silence.
The door behind me is still open, but the city's noise is gone.
I'm taking two steps forward and leave the caravan through the second door. I'm on the other side of the stream now.
It's raining.
I can hear it pattering on the ground, together with the rushing of the wind. Except for that, it is completely silent.
Sunbeams are shining through a hole in the grey cloud ceiling.
They make the rain sparkle
I start walking across the meadow that lies in front of me.
All the time, I have been walking towards a special place.
But I've already forgotten which place it is.
